1cup almond milk (or milk of choice or water)
1tbsp. Golden Recovery (this one I added 1.5tbsp)
1tbsp of protein powder of your choice (I used collagen peptides)
1frozen banana and some ice
1/2cup of frozen mango
1/2 passion fruit
1/2 manila mango
1tsp. chia seeds
2tbsp. coconut shreds
Place all ingredients in a powerful blender on high speed.
Pour into a bowl.
Add prepared toppings accordingly *you can omit the toppings and just place in a glass or mason jar and enjoy*
