Ingredients: 1cup almond milk (or milk of choice or water) 1tbsp. Golden Recovery (this one I added 1.5tbsp) 1tbsp of protein powder of your choice (I used collagen peptides) 1frozen banana and some ice 1/2cup of frozen mango Toppings: 1/2 passion fruit 1/2 manila mango 1tsp. chia seeds 2tbsp. coconut shreds Instructions: Place all ingredients in a powerful blender on high speed. Pour into a bowl. Add prepared toppings accordingly *you can omit the toppings and just place in a glass or mason jar and enjoy*

Ingredients: 1 cup almond milk (water or milk of your choice) 1 tbsp. Alphovo’s Golden Recovery 1 tbsp. of your protein choice (optional) 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup of frozen peaches 1/2 cup of frozen cherries Toppings: 1-2 tbsp. chia seeds 1-2 tbsp. coconut flakes 1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter 1/2 persimmon 1/2 mango Blend all ingredients into a high-power blender. Pour into a bowl. Place toppings accordingly. Enjoy as a meal or a snack! *If you wish to omit the toppings, pour mixed ingredients into a jar/shaker and enjoy on-the-go*
