Ingredients:


1 cup almond milk (water or milk of your choice)

1 tbsp. Alphovo’s Golden Recovery

1 tbsp. of your protein choice (optional)

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of frozen peaches

1/2 cup of frozen cherries


Toppings:


1-2 tbsp. chia seeds

1-2 tbsp. coconut flakes

1 tbsp. almond or peanut butter

1/2 persimmon

1/2 mango


Blend all ingredients into a high-power blender. Pour into a bowl. Place toppings accordingly. Enjoy as a meal or a snack!


*If you wish to omit the toppings, pour mixed ingredients into a jar/shaker and enjoy on-the-go*
