RECIPE Ingredients: •1/2cup organic rolled oats•1tbsp. Golden Recovery •1 banana •1tbsp. organic natural peanut butter•1tsp. chocolate granola butter @kweenandco •1tbsp. coconut flakes •1tbsp. cacao nibs •1tbsp. organic coconut sugar •2tbsp. almond flakes Directions: Cook oats with 1cup water. Powerful Trio 1frozen banana 1/2cup frozen raspberries 1/2cup frozen blackberries TOPPINGS: 1/2 banana 3blackberries 1tbsp. blueberries 1tsp. goji berries 1tsp. chia seeds 1tsp. almond flakes  1tsp. coconut flakes INSTRUCTIONS: Mix all the INGREDIENTS into a blender. Until smooth and fluffy consistency, pour into bowls accordingly. Place prepared toppings accordingly. You can place them neatly or just toss them all at once and mix together! Enjoy!
